Embracing a Greener Future

Embracing a Greener Future In today's fast-paced world, the health of our planet is more crucial than ever, I mean by fast-paced many environmental problems have been happening natural or anthropogenic. Natural like the typhoon that just happened. Anthropogenic is a human activity that Environmental problems can happen, like the picture that I took.
Our world is growing faster, and because of this many things will change rapidly. As individuals, especially our young ones, we often wonder how we can make a difference. The answer lies in community engagement. By coming together, communities can lead the charge in protecting and caring for the environment. In our community, I have seen several clean-up drives that are conducted mostly by people who are members of the 4p’s program, I happen to see them cleaning in our barangay. For people who are not a member of the program, we can also help by cleaning our surroundings, we often see signage that says “Batog ko, Linis ko” and by this, we can show that we are responsible for cleaning our own surroundings. Trees and other plants are also a big help, In our Home many plants can be seen which I find quite amusing and relaxing at the same time as it produces clean and fresh air, the best time for me to admire the entrance of our home.
In our community, many trees and plants are seen everywhere. Engagement in these activities is important, we can teach each individual to be responsible, and by this, we show that our environment is truly important. By engaging communities in these activities, we not only protect our environment but also build stronger, more connected communities. Imagine the potential of a world where every neighborhood is actively contributing to a healthier planet. The journey towards sustainability is a collective effort and every small step counts. ‘Clean Environment for a Clean Future'

How's 1st Quarter? Let's Reflect and Make it Count!

During the first quarter in I.C.T where Ma’am Vera Cruz introduced us to the world of the Internet. I have gained knowledge about the Timeline of the Internet and also all about Blogs. Growing up I never really knew the difference between vlogs and blogs and I didn’t even bother to look it up. Then we made also a blog account at www.blogger.com (jhenicekaryllemontero@blogger.com)

I have encountered some problems there’s this one time during our hands-on activity when we were tasked to make our blog account. First, we needed to log in to our Google account, and for me, that went well, then proceeded to make our blog accounts, when I made my account I encountered troubleshooting such as I can’t open my account and I thought maybe it’s because the Wi-Fi was weak, but thankfully my classmate helped me figure it out and it all went good. When our teacher tasked us to make a blog about a certain topic, I always thought that it was challenging because I can’t write a paragraph that fast because I’m not a ‘wordy’ person and sometimes I would get a little help from the Internet about some certain words to help me write.

Thankfully I have a classmate who helped me with my troubleshooting business and also helped me make my blog account or truth is I only needed to View my Blog which I couldn't find on the computer. As for addressing my problem in writing, I only need to focus and hear my thoughts. Honestly, my friends helped me along the way, they're sort of an inspiration to me.

Moving on I will continue to learn and explore more about the world of the Internet. I will carry on all the knowledge and lessons that I have learned during the First Quarter. As another quarter starts, I think of it as a journey and in the end, there will be a reward.
