The event featured a series of activities that showcased the talents and school spirit of the ISNHS community.

The day commenced with a grand parade, where students from various grade levels marched in colorful uniforms, reflecting the school’s diverse and dynamic spirit. The parade set an energetic tone for the day’s festivities. Following the parade, each grade level presented meticulously choreographed field demonstrations. These performances highlighted the students’ dedication and creativity, earning enthusiastic applause from the audience. The vibrant costumes and amazing choreographies exemplified the unity and collaborative spirit of the ISNHS community.

4th Quarter?

 The Final Reflection: Looking Back on the 4th Quarter and Beyond

༘˚⋆𐙚｡⋆𖦹.✧˚

The last quarter of the school year was both a challenging and rewarding journey. It was a time of growth, learning, and final preparations before we moved on to new beginnings. Among the many lessons I gained, one of the most memorable was learning how to create a homepage using Microsoft FrontPage. It was an exciting experience to design and insert different elements, seeing how each detail came together to form a functional webpage. This task not only enhanced my technical skills but also taught me patience and creativity in web design.

Of course, this quarter was not without its challenges. Balancing academics, extracurricular activities, and personal responsibilities was tough, especially with deadlines piling up. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed, but I learned to manage my time wisely and prioritize my tasks. Seeking help from teachers and classmates also made a big difference, reminding me that learning is not meant to be done alone. To overcome these struggles, I stayed committed to improving my study habits and maintaining a positive mindset. I reminded myself that challenges are part of growth, and instead of seeing them as obstacles, I viewed them as opportunities to improve. Moving forward, I will carry these lessons with me. I will continue to strive for excellence, embrace new learning experiences, and remain open to growth. The fourth quarter may have been the last, but it is also the beginning of new opportunities ahead. As I step into the future, I will take with me the determination, skills, and resilience I have built throughout this journey.

Fifteen years from now, I'm hoping to see myself as a successful and fulfilled individual, living a life shaped by hard work, passion, and perseverance. By that time, I hope to have achieved my dreams. I envision myself as someone who has grown not just in career and achievements but also in character and purpose.

Of course, the journey will not always be easy. There will be struggles, failures, and moments of doubt. But I believe that with determination, continuous learning, and the right mindset, I can overcome any barrier that comes my way. My future is shaped by the choices I make today, so I will keep working hard and believing in myself. Fifteen years from now, I hope to look back with pride, knowing that I did my best to turn my dreams into reality. And no matter where life takes me, I will always strive to be someone who never stops learning, growing, and reaching for greater heights.

Day 1 🌷͙֒ 

March 17, we started our Day 1 on visiting the Exhibits and booths provided by the T.L.E Club. First, we needed to register so that we were allowed to go in. The fee was 2 pesos, thanks to Roman Querubin for paying for the whole class's registration fee.

As we entered the venue, we were welcomed by a vibrant display of exhibits showcasing different fields under TLE𓂃 𓈒𓏸‪‪

Each section had unique and creative presentations that truly highlighted the skills and talents of the organizers for this exhibit.

We went to PAGCOR for our film viewing, and the fee was 5 pesos. It was a great experience as Grade 8 SSC Students showed their talents for filmmaking (kinda nostalgic for me, tho)

On the second day, we continued our journey through more exhibits and booths. We went to the Crop Museum (it was a long walk hahaha), which was like a museum of plants. The environment was calming, and we also played an entertaining game!

Thoughts? 🌷͙֒ 

Visiting the TLE Club was a truly enriching experience. They allowed us to try hands-on activities and inspired us to appreciate the skills we often take for granted. The dedication and creativity of the students behind the exhibits and booths were remarkable!

This experience reminded us that learning isn’t just about textbooks and lectures; sometimes, the best lessons come from exploring, experimenting, and experiencing things firsthand.

celebrated every February 14, is a day dedicated to expressing love and affection toward romantic partners, friends, and family. People celebrate Valentine’s Day by giving gifts like chocolates, flowers, and cards, going on romantic dates, or simply spending quality time with loved ones.

 Actually, a lot of students from ISNHS expressed their love on this special day, yesterday, while I was on my way to school I was greeted by a busy street, selling flowers like bouquets and some other designs. For me, Valentine’s Day is just a normal day for me, actually when I was at my ate’s house where we went there for dinner she said something that caught my attention, she said that “People only express their love on Valentine’s Day” said that in Ilokano to be exact. It’s true tho, but on the other hand, I always show love to the people I love the most, especially my Family. My way of showing affection is, words of affirmation, take for example how I always say goodbye and I love you to my mom before going to school.

  As the third quarter comes to an end, I take this opportunity to reflect on my learning experiences, challenges, and growth throughout this period.

✧˚ ༘ ⋆｡˚ ୭ 🧷 ✧ ˚.

This quarter, I have learned a lot, not only academically but also in terms of teamwork and time management. I gained deeper insights into community-based research, understanding its importance in addressing real-world problems.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was balancing multiple tasks—academic requirements, extracurricular activities, and personal responsibilities. Another difficulty was coordinating with my group members, as we had different schedules and also we had a lot of things to do.

To overcome these challenges, I practiced better time management by creating a schedule and prioritizing tasks. I also improved my communication skills by ensuring clear and open discussions with my groupmates, which helped us work more efficiently.

Moving forward, I will continue to apply what I have learned and strive to improve my problem-solving and collaboration skills. I will also be more proactive in managing my time and responsibilities to avoid unnecessary stress. Most importantly, I will remain open to learning and growing, knowing that every challenge is an opportunity for improvement.

Chinese New Year, also known as the Lunar New Year or the Spring Festival, is a widely celebrated event in the Philippines despite being a primarily non-Chinese country. This tradition is deeply rooted in history, culture, and the strong influence of the Filipino-Chinese community. 𓂃⋆.˚ One of the main reasons Filipinos observe Chinese New Year is the significant presence of Chinese Filipinos, or Tsinoys, who have contributed to Philippine society for centuries. Their traditions, including the Chinese zodiac, dragon and lion dances, and giving of ang pao (red envelopes with money), have become part of Filipino culture.

𓂃⋆.˚ Filipinos also believe in attracting luck, prosperity, and happiness, which aligns with the symbolism of the Chinese New Year. Many households prepare round fruits, sticky rice cakes (tikoy), and fireworks to drive away bad luck and welcome good fortune.

˖⋆࿐໋ Overall, celebrating Chinese New Year in the Philippines is a testament to the nation’s diverse and inclusive culture. It is not just about heritage but also about unity, respect, and the shared hope for a prosperous new year.
