celebrated every February 14, is a day dedicated to expressing love and affection toward romantic partners, friends, and family. People celebrate Valentine’s Day by giving gifts like chocolates, flowers, and cards, going on romantic dates, or simply spending quality time with loved ones.

 Actually, a lot of students from ISNHS expressed their love on this special day, yesterday, while I was on my way to school I was greeted by a busy street, selling flowers like bouquets and some other designs. For me, Valentine’s Day is just a normal day for me, actually when I was at my ate’s house where we went there for dinner she said something that caught my attention, she said that “People only express their love on Valentine’s Day” said that in Ilokano to be exact. It’s true tho, but on the other hand, I always show love to the people I love the most, especially my Family. My way of showing affection is, words of affirmation, take for example how I always say goodbye and I love you to my mom before going to school.

  As the third quarter comes to an end, I take this opportunity to reflect on my learning experiences, challenges, and growth throughout this period.

✧˚ ༘ ⋆｡˚ ୭ 🧷 ✧ ˚.

This quarter, I have learned a lot, not only academically but also in terms of teamwork and time management. I gained deeper insights into community-based research, understanding its importance in addressing real-world problems.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was balancing multiple tasks—academic requirements, extracurricular activities, and personal responsibilities. Another difficulty was coordinating with my group members, as we had different schedules and also we had a lot of things to do.

To overcome these challenges, I practiced better time management by creating a schedule and prioritizing tasks. I also improved my communication skills by ensuring clear and open discussions with my groupmates, which helped us work more efficiently.

Moving forward, I will continue to apply what I have learned and strive to improve my problem-solving and collaboration skills. I will also be more proactive in managing my time and responsibilities to avoid unnecessary stress. Most importantly, I will remain open to learning and growing, knowing that every challenge is an opportunity for improvement.

Chinese New Year, also known as the Lunar New Year or the Spring Festival, is a widely celebrated event in the Philippines despite being a primarily non-Chinese country. This tradition is deeply rooted in history, culture, and the strong influence of the Filipino-Chinese community. 𓂃⋆.˚ One of the main reasons Filipinos observe Chinese New Year is the significant presence of Chinese Filipinos, or Tsinoys, who have contributed to Philippine society for centuries. Their traditions, including the Chinese zodiac, dragon and lion dances, and giving of ang pao (red envelopes with money), have become part of Filipino culture.

Vigan, a gem in the northern Philippines, showcases a rich history and transformation that reflects its people's resilience and pride. Vigan exemplifies the harmonious coexistence of heritage and modern progress from a humble municipality to a recognized city.

New year, New me or Maybe the other way around?

New Year, New Who???

This year... is kinda new for me, well to be honest, I can't really say that I will change many things about myself...  So first, I want to deepen and improve my relationship with God Jehiovagh, I was busy last year especially because I was in 9th grade which is the school year I really experienced a hard time. This year I will improve and deepen my relationship with God Jehovah in many ways actually. Second, I will broaden my horizons, I want to have a more productive life this 2025 and honestly, I kinda started this year pretty smoothly. Third, love my family, our brothers and sisters, friends, and many more, It's not like I didn't show them enough love last year, I just want to show them more (you know what I mean?) Technically I mean being kind to others.

It seems like I have to Improve a lot of things about myself, and I really want to make that happen. In school, I have many improvements that I wanna do too, some of them I really locked myself in this time, I've been waking up early same thing as last year because I usually wake up early to cook my breakfast but this year, I've been waking up way more earlier which results to having a "me time". Avoid Cramming!!! As much as possible, I want to avoid Cramming T-T

 

Old Me is still here. I won't change anything about Myself... or maybe... I don't know what will happen in the future, so all the things I just mentioned, may eventually come to a stop. But I had a good start, so... Who Knows???
